Job Description: ***Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Clearance*** We have an immediate requirement for an HVAC Technician to join our busy Team. Primary responsibilities include: • Corrective and preventative maintenance on air handlers, computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes. • Maintenance and repair of pumps on chilled water systems. • Replenishment of refrigerant and diagnostic fault finding on HVAC equipment. • Perform regular monitoring, inspection, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted client operation and asset integrity is maintained. • Deliver the preventative maintenance program. Ensure that deficiencies are identified, recorded and escalated. Maintain related maintenance documents. • Perform work in accordance with established processes and procedures. • Comply with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety and fire protection. • Respond to routine and on-demand work requests. • Provide observations about facility mechanical conditions and deficiencies. Provide recommendations for improvements and repair. • Perform other duties as assigned.
