RESIDENTIAL SERVICES COORDINATOR 

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Residential Services Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Residential Services Coordinators have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Coordinate and schedule all homeowner monthly and quarterly packages with vendors. Services not limited to: housekeeping, window washing, extermination, and air conditioning maintenance. 

Coordinate and schedule all daily maintenance services for the homeowners. Services not limited to: housekeeping, window washing, extermination, and air conditioning. 

Coordinate, schedule and maintain all the Residential Facilities Housekeeping Departments bookings. 

Work closely with the Property Service Managers and the Concierge to coordinate and schedule all additional maintenance services for the residences on the resort. 

Work closely with other departments that provide services for the residents. 

Provide daily updates to the Residential Database for the Property Service Managers and prepare all follow-up correspondence relating to warranty work orders with HDC and other facility-related issues. 

Provide administrative support to the department by: 

Verify access authorization, coordinate and document access for all residential units. 

Coordinate and document all residential deliveries. 

Generate daily reports as required; in-house owners, in-house guests, transports and to do lists. 

Work closely with other Administrative staff and provide relief support when necessary. 

Complete special projects, as requested from time to time. 

Maintain filing system for all owners and properties.

WHAT TO BRING 

Three to twelve months of previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience required or High Volume Call Center. 

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

Must provide a Driver’s Abstract 

Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems. 

Strong Customer Service skills   

Weekend & Holiday availability required
