The Customer Services (CS) team covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.
As the HW Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:
Validation of the bill of materials (BoM) against the blue print HW solution – AF, HPE, DELL;Creation of HW LLD for the Data Center;Present HW LLD to all stakeholders and make changes as required;Assist in virtual site survey and support physical installation team for any questions;Step up if required as a Technical Manager based on bandwidth availability and plan and monitor physical HW installation coordinating with the vendor;Provide status of LLD and deliver towards agreed timeline;Highlight any risks and issues;Be available to clarify any customer queries as required;For some EUR restricted customers, this person will have to step down and adjust HW upgrades – BIOS/FW config, RAID config, Switch config (HPE & Dell only) and execute ATP.
