HWC Marketing Global Leader
**Description** **The Role** The Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) segment of Towers Watson, a WTW business, creates breakthroughs that matter for clients in areas that stretch from healthcare to retirement strategy, from employee experience to total rewards, and much more in between. With a diverse portfolio of products, solutions and services across the HWC businesses, our marketing team helps cut through the noise and position HWC for growth. Partnering with senior stakeholders, the Head of HWC Marketing will lead a global team to define the marketing priorities, set annual budgets, craft plans that incorporate a mix of marketing techniques and then execute those plans. Success in the role will call on a strategic marketing background, operational expertise and proven success with B2B digital marketing and marketing automation. Experience with senior stakeholder management in a complex organization, an ability to sort through competing priorities and comfort with ambiguity are essential. So too are strong presentation and communication skills, an ability to drive creative marketing approaches and leading/developing a global, remote team. The role can be hybrid or remote. **Responsibilities:** **Strategy management** + Provide strategic marketing direction for the HWC segment by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the segment’s global leadership team + Work with business partners to define and refine marketing efforts that support revenue growth and ensure consistency with the global marketing brand + Lead the team to incorporate appropriate techniques, technology and tools, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities and using metrics to adjust tactics as needed + Balance brand awareness with qualified lead generation efforts **Talent management** + Engage, develop and retain colleagues through effective talent management practices, including ensuring awareness of learning opportunities and advancing digital marketing capabilities + Build an inclusive team culture and support colleague wellbeing + Ensure compliance with company policies, practices and trainings **Operational management** + Ensure the marketing team is effectively using marketing tools, measuring results and adjusting tactics as needed + Monitor and manage spend to ensure delivery of all marketing activities within annual budgets + Maintain an awareness of the competitive environment and an understanding of how to properly position marketing campaigns to differentiate HWC + Develop and maintain a good understanding of HWC, its markets and buyer hubs, and its range of products, services and solutions + Collaborate with colleagues across the Corporate Marketing and Corporate Communication functions to ensure compliance with company best practices **Qualifications** **The requirements** + Holds 10+ years of marketing experience across all marketing channels, working across multiple geographies or globally and managing a high volume of activity + Demonstrates an understanding of marketing sales funnels and hands-on experience implementing digital marketing programs; experience with Marketo, MS Dynamics or other marketing automation tools and CRMs is a plus + Can translate complex business issues and priorities into marketing campaigns + Able to forge relationships and establish credibility with senior business leaders; excels in a high-performing yet collaborative environment + Proven ability to effectively lead through significant change as an inclusive and inspiring leader who can gain consensus amidst ambiguity and effectively lead across cultures + Has strong written and verbal communication skills **Compensation and Benefits** Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). **Compensation** The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $200,000-$275,000 USD per year for US based applicants.
