The Hyatt Commercial Operations Learning team is looking for an intern starting in March 2025, based in the Hong Kong Corporate Hub. Ideal candidates should be able to commit to 9 months in order to gain in-depth experience. As a Commercial Operations Learning Support Intern, you will be under the supervision of the Director of Commercial Operations Learning, Asia Pacific. The internship allowance will be offered, but housing will not be provided.

Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in documenting and rolling out new processes to ensure they align with overall business objectivesHelp track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiencyConduct detailed research on market trends and competitive landscapes to inform business strategiesSupport project managers by coordinating timelines and deliverables and participating in team meetings to contribute ideas and perspectivesAssist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling to ensure smooth operationsAssist with daily reconciliation tasks and help prepare documentation for system conversions, gaining hands-on experience in the operations of commercial servicesConduct research and analytics to support projects and process improvements, contributing to the overall efficiency of the departmentInvolve in projects that may include strategy development, process reviews, and technology enhancementsAttend professional development sessions and networking events to enhance learning and career growthPrepare a wrap-up presentation at the end of the internship to share accomplishments and experiences with key stakeholdersQualificationsWritten and spoken proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese are requiredHold a recognized university degree in hospitality management, marketing, and business administration is preferredAble to work in a deadline and performance-oriented environmentInterpersonal SavvyGood balance of process and outcomes focusDisplay proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Envision, Opera, and Project Management SofwareComfortable to work independently and self-starter
