Hyatt Operations Intern --- Hyatt Hub Hong Kong Office

The Hyatt Operations team is looking for an intern for Spring 2025, based in the Hong Kong Corporate Hub. Ideal candidates should be able to commit to 6 months in order to gain in-depth experience. The start/end dates are flexible based on the candidates’ availability. The internship allowance will be offered, but housing will not be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle office administrative matters or support including the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, report templates, coordination, and consolidation of surveys

• Assist to liaise, communicate and coordinate with Hotel General Managers and Owner’s representatives on regional matters whenever is needed

• Organise and schedule meetings and appointments

• Work closely with the Administrative Assistants in the Hyatt Hub and handle any required administrative and reasonable duties as assigned

• Assist in preparing regular reports, i.e., invoicing, calendar, functional reports

• Maintain information system, i.e., contact lists, intranet

• Act as the administrator for the Hyattconnect site in which you will be responsible to upload, update or delete information and documents as advised

• Prepare and translate correspondences in Chinese and English

• Arrange travel plans

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration

• Good competency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; time and task management skills

• Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style

• Ability to communicate effectively and connect with colleagues at all levels

• Ability to work independently to support the administration in multiple functions; attention to details, discretion in handling matters of confidentiality

• Be eligible to work or training in Hong Kong
