Flexible Schedules: 4×10 schedule, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri, 7:30a-5:30p Hybrid Work: Enjoy telework options while still connecting with clients in-office 1-2 days per week. Meaningful Impact: As a Youth Access Clinician, you’ll be the first point of contact for youth and families entering our mental health system. Provide engagement, coaching, assessment, and client-centered support. 12-Week Commitment: Dive into this rewarding role with a minimum 12-week commitment. Bilingual: Conversational Spanish skills are required

About the Position: Youth Access Clinician As a Youth Access Clinician, you’ll be the first point of contact for youth and families entering our county system of care. Your role is vital: providing engagement, coaching, assessment, diagnosis, and client-centered support to families seeking mental health services for their youth. You’ll connect children and families to information and resources that empower recovery.

Qualifications

BBS registration (AMFT, LMFT, ASW, LCSW, APCC or LPCC)  Prior experience in recovery-focused roles (substance abuse disorder and/or mental health) Strong collaboration skills Comfort working with a diverse client base Familiarity with electronic health record systems
