Adecco is currently assisting one of our top clients in their search for a **Hybrid Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist** . If you have a background in general accounting, are highly organized, and possess strong problem-solving abilities, we want to hear from you! **Location:** Venice, FL **Pay Rate:** $19 - $20 per hour. **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Key Responsibilities:** + Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and in a timely manner. + Utilize QuickBooks for general accounting transaction processing. + Perform data entry, record keeping, and computer operations to ensure accurate financial records. + Research and resolve discrepancies, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and reconciled. + Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to ensure deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded. + Maintain strong customer service orientation with both internal and external customers. + Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and meet operational goals. **Qualifications:** + **Minimum 1 year of experience** in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. + **Experience with QuickBooks** is a must. + Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and general transaction processing. + Excellent **communication skills** (verbal and written). + Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. + Prior experience with **Salesforce** is a plus. + A **self-starter** who can work independently while maintaining a positive team-oriented attitude. + Strong problem-solving, research, and resolution skills. **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
