Description and Requirements We are hiring a Controller for our Hybrid Cloud Professional Services Business Unit.  
Responsibilities:Aligning shareholders expectations and business results by providing extensive analysis and improvement plans.Work closely with the business teams on the different planning cycles and decision makingSupport quarterly and monthly forecasting processBudget/Forecast vs. Actual variance analysis and risk/opportunity trackingExecute & enhance existing and develop new tools for Finance & sales management to track business performanceResponsible for consolidation, closing and prepare financial statementsPrepare ad hoc analysis and presentation for executive decisions
Basic Requirements:Demonstrated financial acumen, systems (Power BI, BW, SAP, etc) knowledge, and overall business insightSuperior Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills7+ years' experience in corporate finance positions
Preferred Requirements:Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership teamStrong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilitiesTeam player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomouslyAbility to work optimally under time pressureExperience in Tech industry is preferred
This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC.  Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
