Hybrid - Customer Service Representative with French - Backoffice (m/w/d)

Start date: 25.11.2024 | Location: Berlin-Kreuzberg | Weekly hours: 40h | Working hours: Mon - Fri between 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM | Salary: Fixed salary 2.152 €/month at 40h/week + performance bonus up to 200 €/month)

Your new tasks:  

 

Answering chat and email inquiries from our French-speaking customer base - no telephony!  Expert advice on highchairs, pushchairs and the rest of the Stokke range - no sales!  Answering shipping and invoicing questions  Updating articles in our customer database 

 

Your qualifications:  

 

Fluency in French (C2 level)  English at least B2   Interest in Stokke products and possibly already some experience with them  Customer- and service-orientated way of working  Work permit for Germany
