Hybrid Customer Service Representative with Swedish (m/f/d) Warranty services

You love communicating with other people and are a helpful, friendly person? Then we are looking for you as a SWEDISH-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Foundever! Provide excellent customer service to customers of an extended warranty provider for consumer electronics and home appliances. 

  

Start date: 02.12.2024 | Location: Berlin-Kreuzberg | Weekly hours: 20 - 40 h | Working hours: Mon - Fr between 09:00 AM and 7:00 PM / Sat - 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Salary: 2.482 - 2.682 €/month (Fixed salary 2.152 €/month at 40h/week + Language Bonus 300 €/month + performance bonus up to 200 €/month)

Your new tasks: 

 

Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Swedish-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail  Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently  Review of the submitted claims for damages 

 

Your qualifications: 

 

Fluency in Swedish (C2-level) and English (B2-level)  Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls  PC literacy  Previous customer service experience preferable  Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines  Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn  Empathetic and socially competent personality 

You have the following requirements for working from home: 

 

A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)   An Internet connection with a speed of 16 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream (in a shared Internet household, the performance should be significantly faster!)   A computer that is connected directly to the Internet via a router. This must support NAT (Network Address Translation), have a firewall component and ideally be connected to the home network with IPv4.   A quiet, lockable room to work in and an ergonomic workstation   Your place of residence must be in Germany
