Williams Lea is hiring for a Hybrid Document Processing Technical Trainer for our Wheeling, WV office to work Monday to Frida 9:00 am to 6:00 pm!

Pay: $23.60 - $24.84/hour

This position researches, designs, evaluates and delivers technical training courses for employees and/or clients, and ensures training goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time and scope requirements.

Job qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with years of experience able to substituteMinimum of 4 years prior training and/or curriculum-building experience for document production, presentations or related fieldExpert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office certification a plus), especially document production and/or presentations; Expert in various Adobe PDF and/or Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop as examples)Adept in using department-specific equipment/technology/software; ability to assimilate new technical skillsAdvanced software and hardware troubleshooting, as necessary to perform job functions; ability/desire to learn new software packages and/or training processesStrong interpersonal skills for working in a fast paced, team environmentGood judgment and organizational skills with sound decision-making ability and solutions-oriented approach to multitask and prioritize workload under pressured objectivesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively deliver training sessions to audiences (both live and virtual) of various degrees of knowledge and sophisticationHandle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information

*Design, develop and conduct appropriate trainings and requisite training materials (instructor- led and/or electronic) for employees and/or clients*Lead training from start to completion, ensuring quality at all stages*Lead requisite, contractual, compliance or various other trainings for employees and/or clients; may include creation and implementation of “downtime” exercises or training-needs assessments*Build relationships with end users; guide expectations and perceptions, as needed*Field ad hoc training, calls or other communications to provide technical troubleshootingGather and track training participant feedback; create and maintain best practices for training program, processes and materialsRemain engaged with and aware of new technical developments in the field, with the client(s) and/or with account(s)/team(s) to ensure training materials and processes are relevant, timely and innovativePeriodically execute quality assurance testing for new softwareProvide soft skills training for staff, as neededTechnical writing for help files, as needed
