Seeking a Financial Operations Coordinator in West Des Moines!Responsibilities
+ Ensure all necessary documents are on file for clients and maintain their accuracy.
+ Process daily work associated with your department, including asset movement, account transfers, and new account set-up and maintenance.
+ Handle routine and complex transactions accurately, timely, and efficiently.
+ Proactively identify, interpret, and resolve potential problems.
+ Independently follow procedures to meet service level agreements and achieve quality metrics.
+ Learn, use, and support various financial products, software, and systems.
+ Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Perform various account reconciliations and calculations.
+ Calculate interest and dividend payments and process incoming contributions and outgoing distributions.
+ Maintain information on various databases and run reports to research information.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
+ Open to new graduates.
Work Environment
+ The work environment is business casual with an open cubicle style. The team is currently working 1 day a week in the office and 4 days from home, but this will change to 2 days in the office and 3 days from home starting 1/1/25.
