Hybrid Healthcare Representative
Visits and details promoted products regularly to doctors.Conducts other promotional activities such as conducts Continuing Medical Education (One-on-One Product Detailing Program, Round Table Discussion, Symposium, Group Product Presentation)Develops and updates Territory Master Work Plan as source of relevant information and guide in planning MD calls and implementation of programs.Monitors sales, product movements and inventory levels at the hospital pharmacies and other relevant accounts.Monitors, identifies competitive information, and conducts competitor benchmarking.Coordinates with PD 30 and Key account managers to ensure availability of products in all outlets (drugstores and hospitals)Prepares and submits required operational reports based on timeline.Conducts promotional activities with territory initiated POAs to counteract competition.Ensures close coordination with team members and counterparts.Adheres to company values, procedures, and policies on expense report, call reporting, etc. Identifies, develops, and manages close relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.Ensures company policies and procedures are always adhered to.Ensures all ethical standards and business code of conduct are in compliance with industry and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

with PRC licenseAt least 3 years Pharma Sales experience.Bachelor’s degree holderwilling to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.This vacancy is open to internal and external applicants.
