Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee employee relations, training and development, and support sustainability reporting. This role involves fostering a positive work culture through leadership training and team-building events.

ResponsibilitiesOversee employee relations and address any issues that arise.Develop and lead training programs, including leadership training and team-building events.Support payroll processes using ADP Totallysource as needed.Conduct investigations and handle sustainability reporting.Promote a positive company culture through various initiatives.Essential Skills3-5 years of HR Generalist or Management experience.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Strong experience in employee relations and HR management.Experience in training and development.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Lattice and sustainability reporting is a plus.Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a corporate office environment in Torrance. The role involves working standard office hours in a professional setting.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00
