Hybrid Patient Recruitment Associate-Knoxville, TN

Responsible for recruiting participants for clinical trials through tele-screening, chart review, and patient engagement. This includes assessing eligibility, scheduling
appointments, and maintaining accurate records in CTMS.
Key Duties:
+ Conduct telescreens and chart reviews to evaluate trial eligibility.
+ Enter and update patient data and appointments in CTMS.
+ Match volunteers with appropriate studies based on location and protocol.
+ Communicate study details and promote research participation.
+ Meet daily recruitment goals and ensure timely follow-up.
+ Maintain confidentiality and deliver accurate administrative work.
+ Participate in study trainings and adhere to protocols.
+ Assist as a back up to perform clinical research coordinator duties
Qualifications:
+ MUST have 1 year of Medical Assistant or Medical Administrative Assistant experience OR Pharmacy Technician experience
+ Medical terminology knowledge
+ MUST have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
+ Customer service experience
+ High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
