A prominent, women-owned firm in NYC is looking for a Project Architect to support a large-scale and very exciting project in New York City. Firm won a HUGE project, and they need help staffing up for it.

Schedule: Required to be in office 4 days / week. Can work from home on Monday or Friday.

Description

-Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree

-8 - 12 years of professional experience

-Proficiency with Revit

-Concept - Construction Administration

-Excellent knowledge of NYC zoning and building code

-Experience working on public projects: healthcare, education, cultural, institutional

Candidate will help design and lead Public Projects through out NYC. Projects range between education, healthcare, affordable housing, and transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $115000.00

PTO: 16 days
Holidays: 12 holidays
Benefits: Health insurance through Cigna, 401k
ARE Exams: Covers 50% of the cost and a $500 bonus upon receiving architectural license
