Overview:

We are currently hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, for a long term contract opportunity that offers hybrid schedule flexibility.

Job Description:

Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company. May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.

Qualifications:

BS Degree.3 years of relevant talent acquisition/recruiting experience.Experience in a high-volume workplace.Experience in applicant tracking systems.Great customer service/communication skills.

Additional Information:

Pay Rate: $30-$38/hr based on experience. (OT pays 1.5x)Benefits offered.12+ month contract opportunity.First shift.Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am - 3:30pm.Hybrid Schedule Flexibility: first 8 weeks will be onsite for training and development. Then transition to hybrid schedule of only 1-2 days onsite per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
