HyCO Cluster Operations Manager

JOB FUNCTIONS


Essential Functions

Essential Function

Coordination of all HYCO Operations responsibilities in the Cluster.

Coordination of HYCO Maintenance responsibilities in the Cluster.

Coordination of Operations of Cluster items with the HYCO ROC including predictive analysis.

Support for all Account Management activities associated with the Cluster Plants and Customers.

Support for Operations and Maintenance Management in HyCO sites outside of the Cluster.

Operations Budget planning and management for the Cluster plants including regular TAR management.

Management of Operations KPIs for the cluster including but not limited to safety, reliability, environmental performance, plant efficiency and overtime.

HYCO Operations resource management and leadership for the cluster.

Support of HYCO growth agenda associated with the cluster in specific and as requested for global elements.

Support for all Project Execution activities associated with the Cluster Plants and Customers.

Proactive Leadership of HYCO Operations & Maintenance for the Cluster Plants.

Professional and effective management of all resource associated with the Cluster.

Alignment with HYCO Business KPIs and Objectives.

Alignment with HYCO Leadership.

Alignment with Company Code of Conduct and Policies and Procedures including compliance.

Transparent information sharing and communication capability with senior management and functional experts.

Flexible approach to work and schedule considerations.

Drive and capability to work across diverse group of direct staff and business groups.

Ability to work with initiative within a large corporation framework.

Composure in management of challenging situations with plants and staff and the resilience required for proper implementation of solutions to problems.

Strategic thinking in reference with operational management of clusters.

Strong Leadership and Plant and Resource Management skills.

Strong Operations Management skills and knowledge including Budget Management capability.

Strong I&C knowledge that supports decision-making in connection with Operations and Projects.

Excellent oral and written communication

Understanding of Process Safety Management / Risk Management Programs and processes.

Ability actively participate in insurance auditing.

Good HyCO technical process solutions knowledge and creativity.

Project development and management skills.

Effective collaboration across technical and business colleagues and management.

Ability to collaboratively influence staff, colleagues and management with respect to decisions.

Knowledge of HYCO Plant Management tools including Company processes.
