**Job Title: Hydraulic Technician** **Job Description** Assemble and install hydraulic components and systems in accordance with engineering specifications and blueprints. Ensure proper alignment and positioning of hydraulic hoses, cylinders, pumps, valves, and reservoirs. Test and troubleshoot newly assembled systems for leaks and performance issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system malfunctions and implement effective repairs. Conduct quality control checks on hydraulic systems to ensure they meet industry standards and company quality specifications. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide feedback on hydraulic system improvements and design changes. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with hydraulic systems, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of hydraulic fluids. The job may require lifting up to 70 lbs, as well as kneeling, stooping, and bending. Occasional outdoor work is required.
