**Overview** Kimley-Horn is seeking a Hydrogeologist with 4+ years of experience to join their Fort Myers, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote position. **Responsibilities** + Support various assessment and remediation projects, including brownfield development, along with groundwater resource investigations + Mentor staff within a team for completion of: + Soil and groundwater sampling + Aquifer performance testing and data evaluation + Pilot study investigations + Environmental compliance + Observation of remedial activities + Report writing agency coordination, and permitting **Qualifications** + 4+ years relevant experience + Bachelors or Masters in Geology + Ability to be licensed as a Professional Geologist + Possess strong knowledge of state and local environmental regulations + Possess experience with aquifer performance testing and data analysis and working with water management district staff + Possess strong technical writing skills and have experience writing detailed technical reports + Enjoy working in both an office environment and in the field + Willingness and flexibility to travel for projects as needed + Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines + Desire to provide exceptional client service + Ability to manage multiple priorities + Strong interpersonal skills + Ability to enjoy work independently and on a team + Experience with water use permitting rules and regulations + Practical experience with geographic information systems (GIS), specifically ArcGIS **Why Kimley-Horn?** At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
