ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist Senior Hygiene Manager and Assistant Hygiene Manager to maintain, implement and improve food safety system in the hotelMonitor the hygiene implementation within all areasConduct food safety audits and trainingMonitor food production flow, cleaning standard of all equipmentInvestigate food complaintsHandle the labeling of food productsConduct supplier audits REQUIREMENTSMinimum 3 years’ experience in a sizeable luxury hotel with 1 year in similar capacityFamiliar with local regulation requirement and food safety standardsExperience in the implementation of Food Safety Management system / HACCP / ISO22000Good interpersonal and communication skills.Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
