Job Description:

Those in this position will be part of Gen AI delivery team using Hyperautomation processes and technology to create Gen AI automation solutions for the business areas. Focus will be on accelerating the speed and accuracy with which solutions are delivered with learnings from the latest improvements in Gen AI delivery space. The developers will work as part of Gen AI delivery teams in coordination with Subject Matter Experts within the Crowe Business Units, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Operations leads, and other vendor developers to configure efficient, scalable Gen AI automations.

Responsibilities:Development and testing of complex full-stack solutions using MS Apps, Power Platform suite of tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Copilot, Azure AI Studio, Python, JavaScript, and related frameworks.Design, configure, test, deploy and integrate new, modified and/or enhanced automations.Participate in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and user acceptance testing.Report on status/roadblock and risk mitigation efforts to Hyperautomation LeadParticipate in interviews, meetings, or workshops to understand the requirements and to develop automation and Gen AI solutions.Provide technical direction on design considerations for performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptimeCreate and maintains technical design documentation to support development.Create test scripts and supports Quality Assurance activities as needed.

Qualifications:Proficient in MS Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and familiarity with development in Azure AI Studio preferredExperience in Python, JavaScript preferred with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, and data modelingExperience in .NET, C#, Visual Basic and macro development preferredProficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, Python, and related frameworksFamiliarity with data science concepts and AI tools, particularly in the context of full-stack development and automation.Must be an adaptable initiative-taker and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to juggle multiple projects and organize time effectivelyAbility to work well with business unit SME’s, Business Analysts, vendors, and end users in cross functional teams with experience in systems development life cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile), including solution design, program development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenanceEstablished record of meeting and/or exceeding established business, project and performance goals on development projects and driving them to success within established timelines and budgets.Ability to work independently, or in groups, effectively with effective communication skills and to be flexible, agile, and able to manage within ambiguity as necessary with excellent organizational/project management and analytical skills

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, or a related Analytical field4+ years of full-stack development experience with a solid understanding of programming concepts4+ years of experience with MS Power Platform tools required4+ years of experience in Python4+ years of experience in SQL, NoSQL and data modelingExperience in Copilot Studio requiredUnderstanding of HTML and CSS requiredUnderstanding of Data science concepts requiredExperience in Azure AI studio is a plusCertifications in MS Power Platform tools is a plus
