The Role

Oracle HCM OTBI developer would be responsible for understanding the requirements from the BA / Business users and develop reports on Oracle HCM Cloud for all the modules.  Should have strong technical knowledge in developing Oracle Fusion OTBI & BIP Reports.  Should have minimum functional knowledge in the below Fusion Modules.  Oracle Core HR  Oracle Learning  Oracle Recruiting  Compensation  Absence Management  Oracle Talent Management.

The Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science At least five years of experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Applications along with FDM(EE) v11.1.2.4 and/or v11.2. Development experience with HFM rules, FDMEE scripts is a must Knowledge in EPBCS, Essbase Module and Financial Reporting is a plus. Knowledge in Anaplan is a plus. Strong organizational skills; must be able to prioritize, and multi-task Strong communication skills; articulate and able to communicate with associates from different functional areas and IT.  Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.  Must be able to project a positive and professional image.  Must be able to use critical thinking skills to determine best approach to problem solving.  Must maintain confidentiality at all times. Have a strong aptitude for accuracy and must be detail oriented. Experience in systems development within an agreed development life cycle.
