What Will You Be Doing?

• Manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

• Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and timely communication.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and service goals.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate service team members to foster a strong and motivated team.

• Monitor and maintain inventory, scheduling, and compliance with manufacturer standards.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Knowledge of Hyundai systems and processes (preferred but not required).
