Location: Alexander, NDDuration: 6 months+Work Schedule: 5/2Pay Rate: $42 - $50/hrBenefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k) program, PTO & Holidays and Company vehicle Responsibilities Work with the operations and engineering teams to assess, identify, develop, and implement process optimization and operational improvement opportunities for existing infrastructureCoordinate and optimize production by way of adjusting set points and monitoring of SCADA trending and alarmsContribute and support the artificial lift operation, maintenance, and optimization through identifying well candidates, enhanced monitoring, and operation of new artificial lift wellsDevelop and follow up on action items driven from the IOC team, engineering, and operationsFoster a collaborative environment with field personnel and engineering to develop and implement solutions to address maintenance and operational issuesPerform real-time data analytics using multiple data sources and advanced toolsProvide mentorship in area of expertise to other staff and encourage knowledge sharingEnsure opportunities identified are captured and supported through logging critical activitiesKey contributor towards Conventional leak detection strategy Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience preferredHigh School Diploma or GEDThe Bergaila Way:
