Our Impact:The I&CM Treasury team is responsible for funding Freddie Mac’s business, investing excess liquidity and hedging the company’s interest rate risk. Within that, the team is responsible for other, larger scale, cross-divisional projects, such as Resolution Planning, as well as handling the division’s rotational analyst program, which also spans Single Family Portfolio. The team sits at the heart of Freddie Mac, facilitating and touching every part of our business, with a faster paced, trading floor style environment.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $62,000 - $92,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
