This is an onsite, in-person position located at: 5738 CR 4 Bishop, Texas 78343
The schedule for this role is: 4 days a week, 10 hours a day (Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm)
Responsibilities
Install, Calibrate, test, troubleshoot, and functionally check instruments, control systems, final control elements, control valves, switches, levels, temperatures and flowsInstall, test, troubleshoot and repair motor controls, PLC’s and relaysUse test equipment, multimeters, loop calibrators, communicators, computers and hand toolsUnderstanding of and ability to troubleshoot ladder logicReads, interprets electrical drawings and P&ID’sMaintains drawings to reflect any modificationsWorks directly with vendors, operations, and reliability group to resolve problemsParticipate in site-wide Process Safety and Risk ReductionCreate and update accurate reports using SAPComplete all written and electronic records, calibration sheets, work orders and document the work in progress as it is completed Qualifications:
Required
High School diploma/GEDMust have basic computer skills including MS office applications, Excel, Word and OutlookDetail oriented with problem solving skills, and able to organize and prioritize work assignmentsKnowledge of general and specific maintenance disciplines usually gained through a technical associate degreeAble to work overtime, weekends and have scheduled on-call dutiesDesired
