Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $170K - 195K/yearLocation: Midland, TXAssignment Duration: Direct hireWork Scheduler: M-F / 40 hours+Benefits: Comprehensive benefits provided by Client Responsibilities Work closely with the production team and other departments to ensure workplace is safe and environmentally compliantSupervise foremen across the assigned regions and oversee the operation of local field offices including invoice flowEnsure the proper operation of assigned equipment at multi well Central Tank BatteriesCoordinate as necessary with well servicing, completion, engineering, drilling, materials, frac and HSE groupsResponsible for production level efficiencies, including both cost and production volumesRecommend and implement maintenance and cost reduction programs; recommend changes in operations and work with the Manager and engineering on implementing changesEstablish and maintain good working relationships with surface owners and community leaders; work closely with facility engineers on new facility designs and bring operational experience to planning meetingsCommission new facilities, ready for start-up and handover. This includes mechanical completion validation along with automation, instrument, electrical, rotating equip and safety equipment commissioningAccountable for performance results of assigned area including production support and EHS. Provides lessons learned and design/SOP feedback to planning, development, well engineering group and facilities groupsDevelops and manages to area forecasts and budgetsProvides performance management continuous skill development opportunities for direct reports; build effective internal and external relationshipsPerform all other duties as assigned Qualifications 10+ years experience in oil & gasStrategic planner, setting forward looking vision for the department and company with the ability to organize and over the schedules, work and productivity of the teamSuperior knowledge of 1/3 disciplines with advanced working knowledge of 2/3 disciplinesDevelops plans and processes at an organizational levelStrong leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior teammatesHigh School Diploma or GED preferred
