Overview LOCATION: Alpine Facility SCHEDULE: 2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off (12Hr Days) - 14 days on / 14 days off CONTRACT: 12 Months + This is a Contingent Workforce Program position Participate in behavior based safety programs (BEAR) and perform Proactive Safety Audits as needed Maintain compliance of all Company required safety and HSE training Perform comprehensive reviews of current and historical inspection data, and performance of “gap analysis” to determine future inspection needs Create, manage implementation of, and maintain program tracking of aggressive but achievable annual inspection goals/plans Prioritize, and re-prioritize as necessary, the performance of required annual inspections Direct the Drillsite layout techs in their assigned tasks, and provide guidance, technical or analytical assistance as required Direct various inspection and support personnel in their daily work assignments Develop and maintain Drill Site corrosion inspection procedures and guidelines Perform reviews of all incoming inspection data to ensure accuracy, completion, inspection results, and potential workscope increases Manage damaged locations according to our established guidelines (verify KDR status, initiate IWRs, issue de-rate notifications, etc.) Oversee the creation of damage summary drawings (DSDs) as necessary Issue clear, concise inspection reports and repair recommendations to Operations as needed/requested Manage the verification of completed repairs to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, drawing updates, etc. Coordinate special safety and/or permitting requirements as needed (confined space, etc.) Develop and coordinate “special” inspection projects as requested by Operations, and track same through completion and reporting Attend, participate and sometimes facilitate daily, weekly and unscheduled meetings Act as on-site SPOC for applicable CUI and BG programs as required (weekends, holidays, etc.) Critical Skills/Leadership Criteria: Must be able to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) inspection goals, status, recommendations to higher ups, and various related tasks to assigned crews/groups Must possess the necessary interpersonal skills to effectively relate to diverse workgroups in remote locations Must possess the strong organizational skills necessary to accomplish a high level of multi-tasking Must maintain flexibility and easily adjust to changes in workscope and/or timing Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently Must be highly goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to proceed on assigned tasks with minimal supervision Proficient in most Windows based programs as well as PCMS & Spotfire programs. Must have the ability to align personal program goals with the combined overall AI goals Must have a strong background in interpretation of construction/pipeline drawings (ISO, P&ID, CADD, etc.) Demonstrate a strong aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new software and applications. This skill is essential for supporting our ongoing digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the efficient implementation of innovative technologies.
