Owns:

Branch Infrastructure and technology Adherence to Company’s policies and procedures as they relate to IT Branch cybersecurity & access control Asset Management & Procurement as it pertains to IT assetsTier 1 and Tier 2 support for Infrastructure and Technology

 

 Teaches: 

Branch staff on policies and procedures around security and protecting our IT assets 

 

Creates and/or Implements: 

Technology changes to drive efficiency with the IT staff and user group.Disaster Recovery and High Availability plan for systems IT budget and procurementTechnology Solutions
