A spread role covering PMO basics to proactive analytic support in all PMO domains, or assuming limited responsibility in specific domain such as supply management or budget management. In this role the PO is expected to learn the practices of the Project Management Office in Amdocs, keep program management process standardization, responsible for E2E operating tasks and managing accurate data under his domain. 

What will your job look like? Responsible for building and tracking account/ program/stream work plans, ensuring that all aspects of the plan are covered (completeness).Ensures that the program/ stream is planned correctly, that owners of each deliverable are correctly identified, and that the work is executed and aligned with the program/ stream charter to meet the KPIs and planned deliverables.Responsible for building and providing program/ stream status reports, tracking and highlighting trends that enable predictability and achieve transparency, providing early alerts and suggesting mitigations.Coordinate with various stakeholders like technician, site engineer and riggersResponsible for project schedule management and trackCoordinate with various working department and customer to get site accessResponsible to ensure EHS compliance fulfillmentMaintains communication with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.Responsible for the management of deliverables (internal and external).Governs the program commercial, scope backlog, change control.Collaborates and creates synergy with other PMO professionals.All you need is... Must be a Graduate with I.T./ computer knowledge (Preferred degree in computers/ business management).Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in project methodology and management and PMO processes (e.g., scheduling, budget management).Strong experience in scheduling, budget management, account management, program management, project schedule (mgt. and tracking).Excellent communication skills to interact with onshore customers.Willing to work on a Dayshift, Hybrid set up (3x per week) and in BGC, Taguig City.Local hiring only.
