As an Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) Associate in a Global Shared Service Center, you will:

 

Your Role:

 

Perform day to day processing of accounts payable transactions in accordance with the service level agreement.Verify the validity of transactions and attachments for compliance with company policies, financial reporting standards, and management requirements.Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner and escalating issues as they arise. Monitoring of supplier accounts to ensure payments are up to date.Perform vendor reconciliation as deemed necessary.Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining the vendor master data.Assist in month-end closing.Assist in both internal and external audit.Work on ad hoc or special projects as directed by management.Leverage on your expertise by constantly seeking out better ways of performing processes that contribute to process excellence initiatives; share best practices in Accounts Payable within your team

 

Who You Are;

 

College degree or comparable education and significant experience in Accounting, Business Administration or other neighboring business-related fields. 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with direct related experience with full-cycle AP or Accounting knowledgeCan communicate well in English orally, as well as in written form Can demonstrate profound Accounting knowledgeGood organization skills –able to prioritize work and adapt rapidly to changing prioritiesWith Accounting knowledge and experience executing concepts and basic accounting reports and analysisSAP Experience is a must. Background with other ERP-related systems such as Oracle and Ariba will be good to have.Quick learner, flexible, responsible, and result-oriented and can work under pressureWilling to take the challenge and work in a multi-cultural work environment.Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the organization’s objectiveAmenable in a Hybrid Work Setup
