I2P SAP Business Process Manager

Key responsibilities:
•Serve as the subject matter expert for the specific Invoice to Pay process area they represent
•Aware of regulatory/legislative & statutory needs of specific process/regions
•Ensures global template meets function needs for now and future. Negotiate process conflicts with other workstream SME's
•Provide the global process owner with required details to help drive the training, communications, and change management
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, with IT teams to integrate SAP solutions with other systems and applications, security teams to implement and maintain SAP security protocols, security teams to implement and maintain SAP security protocols.
•Assist in change management processes related to SAP implementations or changes
•Communicate changes to end-users and facilitate smooth transitions.
•Provide regular updates on project progress and issue resolution and monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards

•Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans while monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
•Collaborate with project managers to ensure SAP projects are delivered on time and within budget.
•Customize SAP solutions based on specific organizational needs.
•Support direct manager with daily issues/operational tasks.
•Participate in internal improvement projects assigned within the organization.
•Role might require regular travel (up to 30%)
Requirements
•University education (Bachelor's degree) or relevant work experience
•Accredited Lean Six Sigma belt (preferred)
•Relevant courses and Training (data analysis, project management, requirements gathering, process modeling can be advantageous)
•English - Advanced (C1), any other language is an advantage
•Master`s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
•5+ years of experience as an Business Analyst, Transition or Implementation Manager of any other relevant position
•Previous experiences with SAP of software implementation
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
•Proficiency in SAP modules such as FI, CO, and MM.
•Understanding of end to end ITP/RTR/PTP Operations Processes
•Knowledge of Continuous Improvement & Project Management methodology (DMAIC)
•Ability to collaborate with a team that has a fast-moving and diverse portfolio
•Continually seek and embrace process improvements.
