Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
At least 6+ years of experience in IAM roles with extensive hands-on experience on Active Directory, Azure AD and One Identity. As a Senior IAM Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IAM infrastructure using industry-leading Technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (AD), One Identity etc. Your expertise will ensure secure access to applications and data, compliance with security policies, and effective identity lifecycle management.
Active Directory and Azure Active Directory:
• 5 - 7 years of experience in management the multi domain forest AD environment/Hybrid Environment.
• Hands - on experience on below(Onprem AD):
AD DC promotion and demotion
AD Replication
DNS and DHCP Management
Site and subnet management
Experience with Group policy creation, troubleshooting and management Responsibilities.
Azure AD:
• Integrate Enterprise or On-premises Application via Azure AD SSO.
• Troubleshooting issues on SSO Integration and good Knowledge on Modern Protocols SAML, OAUTH and OIDC.
• Hands on Experience on Azure AD Connect and on-premises synchronization with Azure AD.
• Proficient in configuring and managing IAM solutions such as Active Directory, Azure AD including configuring Azure AD SSO and One Identity.
• Knowledge of cloud security practices and federated identity management.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate IAM tasks.
1. System Implementation and Integration:
· Design and implement IAM solutions using tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, and One Identity.
· Integrate IAM solutions with various internal and external systems to ensure seamless and secure access.
· Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.
2. Operations and Maintenance:
· Monitor and maintain the health of IAM services across the organization.
· Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
· Manage the IAM components' upgrades, patches, and technical support.
3. Identity Lifecycle Management
· Manage user identities and their access lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
· Automate workflows for provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
· Resolve identity and access issues in a timely manner.
4. Security and Compliance:
· Ensure IAM practices comply with regulatory requirements.
· Develop and enforce security best practices and procedures related to IAM.
· Participate in security audits and provide evidence of compliance as needed.
5. Collaboration and Support:
· Work closely with IT and security teams to align IAM strategies with business objectives.
· Provide expert advice and support to end-users and stakeholders regarding IAM technologies and policies.
· Train and guide junior staff in IAM operations and best practices.
Certifications (Preferred but not required):
· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
· Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate/AZ-104
