The IAM Analyst will work closely with the Sr. Technical Engineers, Leaders, Business partners, Service Desk, and other Technical Groups to ensure that we are able to enhance the end user experience and implement or maintain required security and compliance controls.

Administer our technology in a way that follows consistent standards, execute needed onboarding and offboarding activities in a timely fashion, ease administrative burden (i.e. seek automation opportunities), and follow secure practicesDocument procedure for administration to ensure consistent standards. Create or organize externally available documentation to educate the end user and track complianceAct primarily as Level 1 support for IAM, SSO, and MFA tools and processes through ticket resolution and alert monitoringWork with internal partners to assist in the implementation of security and compliance related Identity and Access Management controlsCoordinate and execute projects or tasks related to data cleanup and standardization across existing tools and identity systemsAssist in product selection activities to find and recommend products that meet organizational requirements. Help assemble pros and cons of each solution and recomendationsDrive adoption of technologies in ways that maximize positive impact to security and the end user experienceExecute cleanup activities on various systems to ensure proper identity and licensing management practices are followedAssist with administration activities with other team owned systems as well as systems within the sphere of team influenceScript and automate routine tasks to ease administrationWhat you’ll bring to the table…

An associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred1+ years experience supporting IAM/IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM, and associated tools in an enterprise environmentMinimum Starting Rate: $80,000.00 AnnuallyUp to: $100,000.00 AnnuallyPay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law.
