IAM Architect, Charles River Development, AVP

CRD Corporate IT is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to join our team of technology SMEs. The incumbent will be responsible for all areas of IAM including designing, Integrating and maintaining the IAM environment for CRD The incumbent will be the principal SME responsible for architecture, engineering and support of the IAM infrastructure and its associated interdependencies such as Active Directory, Azure A/D, RMAD,,Sailpoint and CyberArk Integration,Security controls, procedures etc. The candidate must be able to articulate complex engineering concepts into actionable business and risk controls. The candidate will develop and recommend technology strategies and solutions in support of overall corporate goals. The candidate will maintain documentation for the IAM environment including architecture diagrams, controls, procedures, DR documents, regulatory and audit artifacts.

CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

What you will be responsible for 

The IAM Architect: 

 

Gathering requirements from application owners to ensure a successful software deployment 

Collaborating with requesters to ensure that all information required to successfully execute the request has been obtained. 

Translating customer requirement into actionable requests  

Maintains quality assurance and support of services documentation 

Develop strategic recommendations and long-term plans to management 

Assumes the role of subject matter expert all IAM infrastructure 

Evaluates and stress tests new technology while assessing fit for feasibility studies 

Influences senior leaders at all levels of business and IT staff on all areas of technology, including policies, standards, strategies, and governance 

Ensures departmental alignment to architectural standards and strategy  

Contributes to all technology initiatives and ensures all program and project activities adhere to architectural standards and best practices  

Builds consensus through partnerships with current and potential vendors, IT executives, and business partners; develops relationships that promote trust and increase efficiency and effectiveness  

Maintains resiliency and business continuity plans for the associated infrastructure

Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
