Job Overview
Identity and Access Management team is part of the ING Hubs Philippines. Team has been established in October 2019 with the aim to provide access management services to Asia Region. IAM Manila supports 15 different ING entities in Asia Region. The IAM team functionally reports to Global CISO Center of Expertise IAM WB (Wholesale Banking) and locally to WB-Tech CISO.
There are 3 roles within the team:
Access Manager - is a new role in IAM process, defined in the IAM Charter and IAM authorization model. The new role was introduced with go-live of One Identity, to support effective implementation of new PCS IAM in the global IAM tool – One Identity.
Administrator - provides user access management services, password management and currently manages 100+ applications, databases and servers.
Controls Specialist - provides services related to access request validation and rights reviews. The main job role is to verify that permissions set in the systems are as they should be.
Key Responsibilities
Verification of access requests for applications, databases based on received requests for selected application.Regular comparison of accesses of users in the applications, databases with the authorization matrix, based on monthly plan.Monitors ticketing systems and escalates advanced issues and complaints from customers to more experiences colleagues or team leader.Management of internal ticketing system based on received requests.Solves basic access related issues and complaints from customers, troubleshoots with end users, asset owners, IT custodians and other internal support teams.Fulfills tasks assigned by Team Lead.Key Capabilities/Experience
University degree or university student, preferably in IT/IT security fieldAt least 2-3 years on another position in IAM Department.Key competencies include being an excellent team player, persistent, service-oriented, customer-centric, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership.Passionate about diving deep into technology, identifying root causes of issues and incidents, and resolving them.Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives.Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedback.Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations.Minimum Qualifications
Basic knowledge of user access management of systems managed by IAM department.Basic knowledge of user access management in active directory, SharePoint, databases, file servers and password vault.Basic knowledge of Process Control Standard-IAM (PCS-IAM) and processes.Basic knowledge of IBSS IAM procedures, offered services, response times and service catalogue.Entry level IT/IT security certifications is advantage, e.g. ITIL, CIAM and other Cyber Security certifications.
