Key Responsibilities
Design and implement IAM and PAM solutions to meet organizational security requirements.Configure and maintain IAM tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure/Entra, SailPoint) and PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).Manage and monitor accounts to ensure compliance with security policies.Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM and PAM systems for compliance and security posture.Collaborate with various teams to gather access requirements and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).Develop and maintain documentation for IAM/PAM policies, procedures, and configurations.Respond to incidents and support requests related to IAM and PAM, providing troubleshooting and resolution support.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM and PAM.Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM and PAM.Technical Skills:Proficiency in IAM and PAM tools and technologies.Strong understanding of security principles, best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Desired Skills
