Provide Tier 1/2/3 support for operation tickets and escalations from ServiceDesk teams. Support Microsoft to ABK access requests/needs o AD/EntraID: 40 incidents per month and 100 user requests per month o 3 tenants with ~14,000 employees some of which have multiple identities o 3 domains + 3 test environments with ~70,000 computer objects o ~7 requests per month of Okta operational work related to Microsoft enablement efforts We will be taking a phased approach to this engagement. In order to ensure a seamless integration of our TGS services with minimal business disruption to Microsoft. Our phased approach is as followed i. Planning and Mobilization (estimated 2 weeks) – TGS engagement leadership will meet with Microsoft IT leadership to jointly develop an integration plan with an agreed upon start date for TGS team to be mobilized for each service workstream. ii. ii. Transition (estimated 12 weeks) – TGS will transition its managed service team in over several cohorts. Microsoft will make available necessary information and documentation needed for knowledge transfer and knowledge acquisition. Transition will be complete after all support roles have onboarded, trained and documented. iii. iii. Baselining (12 weeks) – TGS team is fully engaged and delivering service workstreams with KPI measurement framework in place to report on TGS productivity and performance against target SLAs. Baseline will be complete following twelve (12) weeks of measured performance by TGS team across all workstreams. iv. iv. Steady State – TGS team is fully accountable for all workstreams in scope according to defined SLAs. For each of these studios our team will be responsible for responding to and resolving or escalating IT service tickets and requests. The service tickets/requests will primarily focus on the following topics but additional topics could be added as needs arise. -Identity Management -Common Vulnerabilities -General maintenance of Studio LAN’s and network infrastructure -Azure provisioning/security/subscriptions -Equipment cabling, racking and lifecycle management -Managing developer resources and kits -Maintenance and repair of legacy AD environment -IAM Support -Enterprise Software Licenses management -Project Management and Administrative Support -CI/CD Pipeline maintenance and support -Atlassian Cloud Migration -Enterprise Systems and Cloud Services -Enterprise SaaS Platform Support and administration -Network Reliability Operations -Coverage for systems and datacenter engineering around developer and corp environment hosting -Coverage for data protection (Backup, Restore)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $51.00/hr.
