IAM Privileged Access Lead

We are looking for an exceptional and proven Privileged Access lead, reporting to the Group Head of IAM. You will be responsible for the group PAM services, supporting with information security management and oversight and contributing in the delivery of the Group Cyber & Information Security Strategy. You will have proven technical subject matter expertise knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, knowledge and experience following a variety of industry recognised information security frameworks, experience in interpreting and implementing client and regulatory requirements, coupled with an ability to communicate risk effectively to stakeholders of all levels. You will consult and challenge through a risk lens. You will have prior experience in leading IAM Privileged Access functions delivering high profile strategies and Roadmaps

Responsibilities · Contribute to the development and improvement of the group privileged Access Processes and Roadmap · Drive initiatives to mature security controls, services and processes. · Support in building effective governance and oversight of security controls and services. · Support in the delivery of the Information Security strategy. · Lead in the management of Privileged Access. · Contribute to the development and maintenance of formal security documentation (i.e. policies, standards). · Implement Just in Time, Least privileged processes using CyberArk · Own the Global CyberArk Instances (currently 3 in place) · Build a controlled monitoring function to manage user sessions · Build Groups and users within Groups for key platforms and services · Support in the development and delivery of consistent global services that enable delivery of the business goals.

Rquirements · Strong experience of IAM lifecycle and Specifically Privileged Access. · CyberArk SME level knowledge Experience in developing and managing formal security documents. · Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders through a journey of improving information security maturity. · Good ability to communicate information security and risk concepts to stakeholders of all levels. · Proven ability to lead a function and team
