Job Title: IAM Control & Risk Assessment Specialist

Location: Remote (Poland-based candidates only)

Duration: 1.5 years

We are looking for an experienced IAM Control & Risk Assessment Specialist to manage IAM controls, audits, and risk assessments in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee IAM controls and ensure effectiveness. Conduct risk assessments and internal audits for IAM. Support departments in implementing IAM policies. Develop IAM training for IT staff. Manage a small team. Report to senior management on IAM status and risks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years in IAM, preferably in large companies or Big 4. Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks and audits. Excellent communication skills and leadership experience. CISA/CISSP certifications are a plus.
