As a Cyber Security Engineer for IAM, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities of the company's security infrastructure. You will be working alongside team members to play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the security posture of our network infrastructure to protect sensitive customer data, secure company assets, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What You'll Do:
Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions.
Assist with improving identity and access management solutions to protect against evolving threats.
Work with our IT & Business partners to better secure their IAM requirements\eeds.
Perform user access reviews.
Engage with Governance Risk & Compliance and 3rd party risk management activities to assess IAM requirements.
Identify, track, and report on key metrics.
Develop, plan, and document IAM solutions, including the onboarding of applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
What You'll Need to Have for the Role:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM, etc.) are highly desirable.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
3+ years of experience focused in IAM
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of handling IAM deployments\\projects, performing security assessments, and assisting with incident response.
Self-starter who is willing to take ownership and see projects through to completion
Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and ISO
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
**Strong preference for this role to be hybrid out of our Lincolnshire, IL offices. Remote role can be considered and may require occasional travel to our Lincolnshire, IL office. **
Pay Range:
