Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Identity and Access Management SME reporting to the Group Head of Identity Security. You will have good experience in the development and management of Identity and Access Management processes and systems for medium/large organisations. Provide oversight and input to Identity Lifecycle management services and processes including access recertification, privileged access, JML, policies/standards. You will also have knowledge of monitoring the coverage and effectiveness of identity security tools, as well as automating day to day procedures.

Specific Role Responsibilities

Align to the Global Head of Identity in maturing Identity management within FNZ, processes and practices contributing to the long-term maturity target.Manage audit deliverables from internal and external auditors to provide regulatory evidence for assessments such as SOC2Participate in developing skills, capabilities, and services of the Identity team including process improvements and documentation.Create/Maintain and mature Team Processes and DocumentationAdminister user accounts, permissions, and access controls.Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends.Support user identity lifecycleMonitor compliance with internal policies and external regulationsHandle escalated issues, inquiries, and support tickets.

Required Experience

Working knowledge of Saviynt, AzureAD and CyberArkStrong working experience in IAM or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation.Experience with identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and A(A)DWillingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends.Familiarity with best practices and compliance standards.Experience of engineering in large scale environments, specifically managing multiple stakeholders and change in complex technology stacks. Professional certification such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP)Experience of working in regulated industries Experience of mapping identity requirements to frameworks (NIST, SCF, ISO)
