Desired Experience Range : 4-7 years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

Must Have:

IBM Identity Access Management Technologies ITIM, ITAM, TDS, TDI and TFIM
WebSEAL configuration experience.
LDAP knowledge and Database skills
IAM Tower Lead (for one of the position, rest are at team member level)

Good-to-Have:

Understanding of EAI, and experience of deploying EAI applications.
Experience of TAM application code deployments.
Good understanding of the software engineering lifecycle and principles.
Good knowledge of security and testing standards.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:

One of the position is acting as Onsite Tower Lead, who will be responsible for governing the team(, work assignments, prioritization, SLA reporting, review/monitor team, customer liasoning) for 50% of time, and remaining 50% in individual capacity of L3 and/or L2 SME. Rest of the positions are for individual L3 or L2 SME.
L3 and L2 level support for above mentioned IAM technologies.
While the primary role is towards IAM support, however may also require skills in design/implementation, and augment the project efforts.

Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of The Role:

Experience with other IAM consulting/system integration organizations.

Experience in direct client interfacing role as a part of IAM implementations.

Details of The Project (A short Briefing on the Project can be provided herewith. It may be shared with external stakeholders like job-agencies etc)

The project involves providing the IAM L3 & L2 support activities, that includes on-going enhancements & application integrations covering wide range of IAM technology stack, including IBM IAM technologies, Microsoft FIM, 2 factor authentication, OTP solutions etc.
