What we look for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a strong background in SailPoint. This role will involve designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, with a focus on SailPoint.

Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.

Perform regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to ensure compliance with security standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other IT systems and applications.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity.

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.

Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

Knowledge of other IAM tools and technologies is a plus.

English level B2 or higher is required.
