The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides services for Nokia's workforce and business-to-business domains. Our diverse global team maintains over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and modern cloud landscapes. Nokia IAM is currently focused on renewing services to leverage cloud platform capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced IAM specialist to support Nokia IAM services such as LDAP, RADIUS, and API's. IAM T2 Specialists most often interface with IAM T2, Service Delivery Management, and surrounding subject matter experts.
3+ years of hands-on LDAP support experienceStrong understanding of LDAP v3 directory servicesExperience with RADIUS as well as modern authentication protocolsExperience supporting application integration types ranging from flat files to REST APIBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, electronics and communication background.Understanding of networking, firewalls, PKI, and TLSExperience with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scriptingIncident, problem, and service request ticketing experienceProblem-solving skillsFluent verbal and written English language and communication skillsPreferred candidates will also have:
