The team you will be a part of
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides services for Nokia's workforce and business-to-business domains. Our diverse global team maintains over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and modern cloud landscapes. Nokia IAM is currently focused on renewing services to leverage cloud platform capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced IAM specialist to support Nokia IAM services such as LDAP, RADIUS, and API's. IAM T2 Specialists most often interface with IAM T2, Service Delivery Management, and surrounding subject matter experts.
3+ years of hands-on LDAP support experience Strong understanding of LDAP v3 directory services Experience with RADIUS as well as modern authentication protocols Experience supporting application integration types ranging from flat files to REST API Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, electronics and communication background. Understanding of networking, firewalls, PKI, and TLS Experience with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting Incident, problem, and service request ticketing experience Problem-solving skills Fluent verbal and written English language and communication skillsPreferred candidates will also have:
Experience working with ForgeRock Directory Services Experience with FreeRADIUS Experience with Microsoft Entra ID ITIL foundation certificate SQL experience Experience with scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.) Knowledge on cloud services, such as GCP and AzureAs part of the team, you will:
Solve incidents and service requests Solve technical problems with the IAM services Directly support integrations for customer applications Perform recurrent maintenance tasks within services Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the services Participate in service upgrade and enhancement projects
