We are looking for an Apprentice for Smart Infrastructure, in Milan within the Buildings area who will be trained as Junior IBase Process Owner.

Your Challenge

As Junior IBase Process Owner some of your main activities will be:

Set up and maintain accurate, complete and consistent customer master and iBase data on Siemens platforms; SAP, dedicated IBase management toolsMonitor, report, and resolve customer data quality issues in a timely mannerUpdate functional location/equipment data following site changes. Report on KPI's and drive data quality excellenceAlign with Global iBase Strategy initiativesSupport Digital Service Center with administrative tasksBeing responsible for the governance of the tools included in the process

Required entry qualifications:

You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contractTechnical academical background (High school Diploma, ITS Degree, Degree)You have the ambition to develop your knowledge of the services market and its processes.You have familiarity with SAP, Microsoft products (Power BI, Outlook, Excel)Proficiency in English and ItalianTeam player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;Ability to work in a changing environmentPassion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and  share knowledgeFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results,; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options.
