PTO and Paid Sick Leave Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Responsibilities The Nail Technician's typical job function's include: Providing consistent professional treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices Properly caring for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls Having complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas Actively promoting home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals Upholding the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures Performing prep work and properly clean and restock room as required Communicating to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention Actively promoting the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available Handling guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously Providing accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction Communicating to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention Possessing ability to work without direct supervision Regularly attending, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa Assisting in all areas of spa operation as requested by management Qualifications This position might be for you if: You are at least 18 years old You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays You possess a current Michigan license You have previous spa, customer service, hospitality and or therapy experience
